Foreword
This standard replaces GB/T 13800-1992 "manual wheelchair." This standard amended as follows.
--- Original product type designation changed nomenclature;
--- Static stability test method references identical with international standards GB/T 18029.1-2008/ISO 7176-1.1999;
Test Method --- Strength references identical with international standards GB/T 18029.8-2008/ISO 7176-8.1998;
--- Increased flame retardancy test method of seat cushions and references identical with international standards GB/T 18029-2000 /

--- Requires documentation and identification references identical with international standards GB/T 18029.15-2008/ISO 7176-
