Foreword
This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 13521-1992 "crown cap". Compared with GB/T 13521-1992, the main technical content changes
as follows.
--- modified the definition of the cap (see 3);
- modified the basic dimensions of the cap and its deviations (see 5.2);
- modified seal and instantaneous withstand voltage test methods (see 5.5.3);
--- increase the cap gasket polyethylene and other materials (see 5.4.2,6.3);
--- Remove the bottle cap grade and qualified product classification.
This standard is proposed by the National Packaging Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC49).

1 Scope
This standard provides a tin (or chrome) made of tinplate for the beer, beverages and other food packaging crown caps (hereinafter referred to as
"Cap") size, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transport and storage.
This standard applies to the closure of the mouth with QB/T 3729 sealing cap. The sealing of other material containers can be carried out with reference to the caps.
