This document replaces GB/T 13379-2008 "Visual Ergonomics Principles for Indoor Workplace Lighting" and is consistent with GB/T 13379-2008.
In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
---Added terms such as visual ergonomics, visual efficacy, color tolerance, flicker, (light) flicker index, and stroboscopic effect visibility (see Section 3
chapter);
---Added illumination requirements for walls and ceilings (see 4.3);

This document applies to indoor workplaces such as residential buildings, public buildings and industrial buildings.
