This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 13251-2008 "Packaging steel drum embedded flange sealer".
Compared with GB/T 13251-2008, this standard changes the main technical contents except for editorial changes.

--- Added the term steel barrel closure, hoop closure definition (see 3.1, 3.3);
