This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"

This document replaces GB/T 13090-2006 “Determination of 666 and DDT in feed”.
In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The scope of application and detection limit have been changed, and the limit of quantification has been added (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 and Chapter 3 of the.2006 edition);
b) The principles have been changed (see Chapter 4, Chapter 3 of the.2006 edition);
c) The sample preparation method has been changed (see Chapter 7, Chapter 6 of the.2006 edition);
d) The test steps have been changed (see Chapter 8, Chapter 7 of the.2006 edition);
e) The test data processing has been changed (see Chapter 9, Chapter 8 of the.2006 edition);
f) The precision requirements have been changed (see Chapter 10, Chapter 9 of the.2006 edition).
This document is modified to adopt ISO 14181.2000 “Determination of organochlorine pesticide residues in animal feeding stuffs—Gas chromatography method”.
This document has the following structural adjustments compared to ISO 14181.2000.

4 Principles
According to the principle of similarity, the analyte in the sample is extracted with a mixed solution of acetone and n-hexane, and the extract is purified by solid-liquid partition chromatography.
(Or use concentrated sulfuric acid to dehydrate and sulfonate the interference, remove it), the purified liquid is separated by capillary column gas chromatography, and detected by electron capture detector.
