This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".
Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 13053-2008 "Interior Dimensions of Passenger Vehicles". Compared with GB/T 13053-2008, the only changes are structural adjustments and editing.
Aside from the sexual alterations, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The scope of application of the standard has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2008 edition);
b) The definition of the vehicle coordinate system has been added (see 3.1);
c) The terminology and definitions of the Y-plane, Z-plane, and X-plane have been changed. The definitions of the Y-plane, Z-plane, and X-plane (see...)
3.2~3.7, and 3.4.1~3.4.6 in Table 1 of the.2008 edition);
d) The terminology and definition for vertical planes have been removed (see 3.4.7 in Table 1 of the.2008 edition);
e) The letters used to represent "Angle" and "Other Dimensions" have been changed (see Table 1, 3.2 of the.2008 edition);
f) Modified the torso line, H-point, eye point, driver's area partition, hinged pedals, accelerator pedal center, service brake pedal center, and clutch.
Description of the pedal center and passenger area (see Table 2, Table 1 in the.2008 edition);
g) Added parameter names, codes, and descriptions for approach roads, passageways, and driver's area isolation facilities (see Table 2);
h) The descriptions and reference values for the distance from the driver's seat center plane to the side panel and the distance from the outer edge of the steering wheel to the backrest surface have been changed (see h).
Table 3 (Table 1 in the.2008 edition);
i) Changed the height of R point, the distance from R point to the center of the accelerator pedal, the distance from R point to the clutch, the distance from the center of the service brake pedal, and the distance from R' point to the top.
Distance to obstacles, distance from steering wheel center to seat center plane, steering wheel diameter, steering wheel tilt angle, distance from steering wheel outer edge to instrument panel
Minimum distance between the steering wheel and the lowest point of the steering wheel, the center distance of the service brake pedal, and the distance from the lower edge of the dashboard to the floor surface.
Clutch pedal maximum travel, service brake pedal maximum travel, distance from service brake pedal center to steering wheel center, R point
The vertical distance to the heel point, the distance from the lower edge of the windshield to the floor surface, and the projection of the mechanical gear shift lever on the Z-plane where point R is located.
Reference values for the distance from point R (see Table 3, Table 1 in the.2008 edition);
j) Increased the maximum travel of the clutch pedal, the maximum travel of the service brake pedal, the distance from the center of the clutch pedal to obstacles on both sides, and the driving...
Distance from the center of the brake pedal to obstacles on both sides (see Table 3);
k) Removed the maximum travel of the clutch and service brake pedals, the distance from the center of the clutch and service brake pedals to obstacles on both sides, and the clutch...
Distance from the center of the pedal to the side panel (see Table 1 in the.2008 edition);
l) The descriptions of the top and bottom view parameters have been changed (see Table 3, Table 1 in the.2008 version);
m) The parameter names for passenger door clear width, emergency door clear width, emergency door emergency switch height, step height, and step depth have been changed to passenger door.
Width, emergency door width, emergency door opening device height, other step height, other step depth (see Table 4, Table 1 in the.2008 edition);
n) The passageway floor slope has been removed (see Table 1 in the.2008 edition);
o) The longitudinal slope and transverse slope of the passageway have been increased (see Table 4);
p) Changes were made to seat pitch, side window armrest height, roof armrest height, armrest space, passenger door width, passenger door height, other step depths, and aisle length.
Specifications of parameters for slope, lateral slope of passageway, width of emergency door, height of emergency door, height of emergency door opening device, and opening angle of emergency door (see...)
Table 4 (Table 1 in the.2008 edition)
q) The following parameters were changed. distance from the center plane of the passenger seat to the side wall, height of the upper edge of the side window, armrest space, passenger door width, floor height, and luggage rack access.
Reference values for mouth height (see Table 4, Table 1 in the.2008 edition);
r) Increased interior height, seat spacing, distance from seat cushion to front backrest, side window distance, roof window length, roof window width, roof window spacing, side window lower edge height, and side...
Window handrail height, roof handrail height, passenger door height, first step height, first step depth, other step heights, other step depths, aisle width,
Reference for longitudinal slope of passageway, transverse slope of passageway, width of emergency door, height of emergency door, height of emergency door opening device, and opening angle of emergency door.
Numerical values (see Table 4).
