Foreword
This standard replaces GB/T 13030-1991 "marine electric propulsion system technical conditions."
This standard compared with GB/T 13030-1991, the main technical content of the following changes.
--- Increasing the gas turbine in the original motivation for classification;
--- Increased DC 1000V, AC 3300V, 6600V, 11000V, 15000V and other voltage rated voltage, whichever
Eliminate the DC 600V voltage level;
--- Working conditions of the device, on supplemental aspects of vibration and shock, voltage and frequency fluctuations, harmonic components and other requirements;
--- Increase the general requirements for power supply;
--- In the general requirements for the prime mover, an increase of when using high supercharged four-stroke diesel engine as the prime mover, allowing sudden load rating
Provisions; prime mover overspeed protection, overload further clarify the requirements;
--- Allowable temperature rise of the motor according to GB/T 7060 has been revised;
--- Increased semiconductor converter shall comply with the technical requirements of GB/T 14548; and
--- Increasing the general requirements of the motor;
--- Set the standard in the original console, the control operation of the device, the control interlocks and other content into the new control system Article
Mesh, and add in the control system of the general requirements, plant control, propulsion control and other requirements;
--- Technical requirements for cables and wiring standard references increased by GB/T 17755;
--- Supplemented after the semiconductor converter or a malfunction in the regulation and control systems, still held in the main circuit and control loop
Promoting the limited capacity;
--- In the system to protect the regenerative energy absorption, excitation circuit protection requirements were added;
--- Increased the exchange of high-voltage electrical installations - Particular requirements;
--- Increase the special requirements for podded propulsion system;
--- Mooring and sea trials of the project were revised, and added a daily measurement of ship propulsion and power grids grid harmonic situation
Conditions of the request.
