This standard is equivalent to using ITU-TX. 20bis. 1988 "asynchronous duplex V-series modem interface, data terminal equipment
(DTE) on public data networks of usage "(in English).
This standard replaces GB/T 11600-1989 "asynchronous duplex V-series modem interface, data terminal equipment (DTE) in the public
Internet data usage. "
