This document is the second part of GB/T 11270 "Super Hard Abrasive Products Diamond Circular Saw Blade". GB/T 11270 has been released to
the next part.

This document replaces GB/T 11270.2-2002 "Superhard Abrasive Products Diamond Circular Saw Blade Part 2.Sintered Saw Blade", and
Compared with GB/T 11270.2-2002, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The shape code is changed (see 4.1, 3.5 in the.2002 edition);
b) Deleted the abrasive code (see 3.1 in the.2002 edition);
c) Changed the abrasive particle size number (see 4.3, 3.2 in the.2002 edition);
d) The concentration code is changed (see 4.4, 3.3 in the.2002 edition);
e) The code of the firing process has been added (see 4.6);
f) Changed the usage code (see 4.7, 4.1 in the.2002 edition);
g) Changed the product mark (see 4.8, 3.7 of the.2002 edition);
h) The basic dimensions of the substrate and sawtooth have been changed (see Chapter 5, 4.2 of the.2002 edition);
i) The abrasive regulations have been changed (see 6.1.1, 5.2 in the.2002 edition);
j) The appearance requirements have been changed (see 6.2, 5.1 of the.2002 edition);
k) Added the requirement for mute sound (see 6.3);
l) The basic size limit deviation has been changed (see 6.4, 5.3.1 and 5.3.4 of the.2002 edition);

t) The test method for the total depth of the saw tooth has been added (see 7.6.3);
u) The tensile test method has been added (see 7.6.4, Appendix C);
v) The labeling regulations have been changed (see Chapter 9, 8.1 of the.2002 edition);
w) The packaging, transportation and storage regulations have been changed (see Chapter 10,.2002 edition of 8.2 and 8.3);
x) Modified the technical requirements for the substrate of the diamond circular saw blade (see Appendix A, Appendix A of the.2002 edition).

Introduction
Diamond circular saw blades are currently divided into two types of products, welded saw blades and sintered saw blades, due to different manufacturing processes. These two types of products are in terms of performance and technology.
There are big differences in technical requirements. In order to scientifically and reasonably standardize and coordinate the technical content of diamond circular saw blades,
