This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"
drafted.
This document replaces GB/T 10597-2011 "Winding Hoist", compared with GB/T 10597-2011, except for structural adjustment and editing
In addition to the sexual changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) terms and definitions have been changed (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the.2011 edition);
b) Change the hoist from the original singleness to the diversity (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the.2011 edition);
c) On the basis of the original single-speed hoist hoist, a multi-speed hoist hoist is added (see 4.3);
d) The schematic diagram of the gantry hoist and the basic parameters of the gantry hoist are added [see Figure 4c) and Table 7];
e) Change the opening and closing speed of the hoist to be divided according to the operating period (see Chapter 5, Chapter 5 of the.2011 edition);
f) Increased the hoisting capacity of the hoist (see Chapter 5);
g) The power supply requirements in the working environment conditions of the hoist are added (see 6.1.1);
h) The performance requirements for the braking system of the hoisting mechanism of the hoist are changed (see 6.3.2, 6.3.2 of the.2011 edition);
i) Added the requirements for the hoist safety monitoring and management system (see 6.3.17);
j) Added requirements for static load test (see 6.3.19) and dynamic load test (see 6.3.20) of hoists;
k) Changed the requirements for the reel in the main parts of the hoist (see 6.4.5, 6.4.5.1 of the.2011 edition);
l) The connection requirements for the main components of the hoist are added (see 6.5);
m) Added the requirements for the electrical equipment system of the hoist (see 6.7.1), the hydraulic station of the hydraulic grabbing beam and the relevant requirements for its electric control equipment
(see 6.7.7);
n) Changed the test method (see Chapter 7, Chapter 7 of the.2011 edition), inspection rules (see Chapter 8, Chapter 8 of the.2011 edition).

1 Scope
This document specifies the type, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of hoisting hoists.
This document is applicable to the fixed or closed gates and trash racks of water conservancy and hydropower projects, which are mainly driven by electric power and adopt wire rope hoisting method.
