1 Scope
This part of GB/T 10067 specifies the terms and definitions, product classification and technical requirements of polycrystalline silicon ingot furnace (hereinafter referred to as polycrystalline furnace).
Requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, and ordering and delivery.
This section applies to polycrystalline furnaces for directional solidification of solar grade polycrystalline silicon ingots.
