7000.4-1996 compared with GB , major changes in this section are as follows.

1 Summary
1.1 Scope
This section provides the child with the safety requirements for portable lamps, light source using a power supply voltage not exceeding 250V incandescent light or single
Ended fluorescent lamps. This section to be used with GB 7000.1 relevant chapter.
Under the following circumstances, this section does not apply.
--- Because of the need festivals or celebrations, as an additional decorative element is placed in a temporary special decorative structure luminaries;
