Article 4.3 of this standard, Chapter 5, Section 6.2 are mandatory, the rest are recommended.
This standard replaces GB 6141-1985 "main cultivated legume forage seed quality grading."
This standard compared with GB 6141-1985 The main changes are as follows.

--- Increasing the terms and definitions (see 3);
--- Increasing the classification principles (see 4.1);
--- Modification and increased testing methods classification indicators (1985 edition Appendix A, this edition 4.2);
--- An increase of 32 leguminous forage seed quality classification (see 4.3);
--- Modification of 17 legume forage seed graded index (1985 version 2, this version 4.3);
--- Standardize legumes with some Chinese generic name (1985 version 2, this version 4.3);
--- Increase the quality rating method (see 5);
--- Increased requirements (see 6);
--- No longer provided in Appendix (1985 edition Appendix A).
This standard is proposed and managed by the People's Republic of China Ministry of Agriculture.
This standard was drafted. the Ministry of Agriculture grass' Seed Quality Supervision and Testing Center (Hohhot), the Ministry of Agriculture Forage Seed Quality
Supervision, Inspection and Testing Center (Urumqi).

1 Scope
This standard specifies the grass legume seed quality grading indicators and assessment methods.
This standard applies to the production, sale and use of legume grass seed quality grading. Approximate belong to plant species and varieties can be implemented by reference.

3 Terms and Definitions

4.1 Classification principles

5.1 Grading individual indicators
According to Table 1 for clarity, germination rate, other plant seeds and water are rated individual indicators, three or less was substandard.
5.2 Grading comprehensive four indicators
5.2.1 The four indicators are shown in Table 1 given the same quality level, the direct classification.
5.2.2 there is a four indicators in the following three levels, defined as substandard.
5.2.3 The four indicators are more than three, wherein when the clarity and the germination rate is not the same level, first calculate the price of seeds, seed substituted with a price
