Summary This standard applies to the engineering design, construction and acceptance of ordinary belt conveyors, horizontal turning belt conveyors, U-shaped belt conveyors and tubular belt conveyors. This standard does not apply to the engineering design, construction and acceptance of special belt conveyors such as wire rope traction and air cushion. The bulk density of the bulk material conveyed by the belt conveyor should be 0.50t/m^3��2.80t/m^3, the material temperature should not be higher than 60��, and the working environment temperature should be -25�桫+40��. When the above range is exceeded, corresponding measures should be taken. The engineering design, construction and acceptance of belt conveyors shall not only conform to this standard, but also conform to the national standards.
