Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 5031-2008 "Tower Crane". The main technical changes compared with GB/T 5031-2008 are as follows.
--- Added the terms "fixed tower crane", "climbing support device" and "replacement support device" (see 3.13, 3.14, 3.15);
--- Revised the model classification method and labeling principles (see 4.1, 4.2,.2008 and 4.1 and 4.2);
--- Revised the technical requirements of "balance weight and weight" (see 5.2.1, 5.2.1.1 of.2008 edition);
--- Supplementary amendments to the requirements for "climbing devices" (see 5.2.3, 5.6.11);
--- Adjusted the requirements for "wire rope anti-off device" (see 5.6.10, 5.6.10 of.2008 edition);
--- Added "climbing device" test method (see 6.7);
--- Added the method of "inspection of the boom amplitude limiting device" (see Appendix D.6);
--- Removed the "reliability" requirements and test methods (see 5.2.5, 6.4, Appendix F of the.2008 edition);
--- Removed Appendix A and Appendix I, and changed to direct reference standards (see 5.3.1.2, 11.5.4, Appendix A, Appendix I of the.2008 edition).
