For example, for cranes operating on tracks, they shall have the conditions to operate on tracks manufactured and laid in accordance with crane specifications; for cranes other than cranes operating on tracks, they shall comply with the provisions of the order contract. c) The test load error does not exceed  1%. d) When conducting inspections and tests outdoors, at least the following stipulations shall be satisfied: 1) The wind speed is not greater than 8.3 m/s (30 km/h). Unless otherwise specified in the order contract, the cranes do not need to be in the most unfavorable position for wind action; 2) DO NOT conducting under extreme weather conditions, such as: heavy rain, fog or snow that may affect test safety. e) There are no obstacles that may affect the normal operation of the cranes in the test site, and warning signs are set up to prevent unrelated personnel or vehicles from entering the test area. NOTE: when the requirements specified in 5.1 are exceeded, the supply-side and the demand-side shall negotiate. 5.2 Instruments and Apparatus 5.2.1 During inspections and tests, instruments and apparatus with appropriate accuracy and measuring range shall be selected. 5.2.2 The required instruments and apparatus shall pass the verification / calibration and be within the verification / calibration validity period. 6 Requirements and Methods 6.1 Overview 6.1.1 The inspection and test of the cranes specified in this document are the basic requirements and methods. The special requirements and detailed methods of each model or component are specified in other parts of this document and product standards, such as: explosion-proof performance test, reliability life test and launching machine through-hole test, etc. 6.1.2 When the rated hoisting capacity of the cranes depends on stability, the specified test procedures and test loads can verify the anti-overturning stability of the cranes. 6.2 Visual Inspection The visual inspection shall include the inspection of whether the specifications and / or condition of all important components comply with the requirements in accordance with the type of cranes, such as: ---electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment; ---various mechanisms, important metal structures and their connecting parts of cranes; ---ladders, passages, driver’s cabs and platforms; ---control devices, lighting and signaling, wind speed measuring devices; ---all safety protection devices; ---reels, brakes, speed reducers and their supporting structures and fasteners; ---functions of limiters, indicators and safety devices; ---performance of driving device, for example, motor current under test load conditions; ---mass of important welds (if necessary). In accordance with the actual working conditions, under no-load and rated load conditions, verify the above basic parameters and functions. 6.3.2 The measurement of the mass of the cranes and components (if necessary) shall comply with the stipulations of GB/T 30025. 6.3.3 The measurement of the speed and time parameters of the cranes shall comply with the stipulations of GB/T 22414. 6.3.4 The measurement accuracy requirements of parameters in the test shall comply with the stipulations of GB/T 21457. 6.3.5 Generally speaking, the quality inspection of important welds adopts non-destructive testing methods, such as: ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, radiographic testing and penetrant testing, etc. When adopting ultrasonic testing, it shall be carried out in accordance with the methods specified in JB/T 10559. When adopting magnetic particle testing, it shall be carried out in accordance with the methods specified in GB/T 26951. When adopting radiographic testing, it shall be carried out in accordance with the methods specified in GB/T 3323 (all parts). When adopting penetrant testing, it shall be carried out in accordance with the methods specified in GB/T 18851 (all parts). 6.4 Load Test 6.4.1 General requirements The load test includes the following contents: ---no-load test (the purpose is to check whether the performance of various mechanisms and safety protection devices of the cranes is normal and ensure the safety of the load test); ---rated load test (the purpose is to test the relevant performance indicators of the cranes through the rated load test); ---static load test (the purpose is to test the load-bearing capacity of the cranes and various structural components); ---dynamic load test (the purpose is to test the performance of various mechanism and brakes of the cranes); ---stability test, if necessary (the purpose is to test the cranes’ resistance to overturning moments). The composition, measurement and application of the test load shall comply with the stipulations of GB/T 22415. 6.4.2 No-load test 6.4.2.1 Before carrying out the load test, a no-load test shall be carried out. 6.4.2.2 Under no-load conditions, respectively operate each mechanism of the cranes in forward and reverse directions, and the cumulative time shall not be less than 5 minutes. During the test, the various mechanisms and control systems shall normally operate without any jamming or other abnormal phenomena. The performance of safety devices of the cranes, such as: limiters, indicators, buffers and brakes, etc., shall be normal and reliable. 6.4.2.3 In accordance with the type and operating demands of the cranes, measure or verify the parameters and performance specified in 6.3. 6.4.3 Rated load test 6.4.3.1 Under the working conditions specified in the product standards, lift the rated hoisting load and conduct operating action test of each mechanism of the cranes. Each action shall be conducted for no less than 3 times. 6.4.3.2 During the test, each working mechanism shall smoothly move and normally operate, and be able to achieve the specified functions and actions, without abnormal vibration, impact overheating and abnormal noise, etc. The performance of safety protection devices of the cranes, such as: limit devices, buffers and brakes, etc., shall be normal and reliable. The operating mechanism, control system, interlocking and interlocking devices shall reliably and accurately operate, and the feeder device shall normally work. There shall be no leakage in the hydraulic (pneumatic) system, and the lubrication system shall normally work. 6.4.3.3 In accordance with the type and operating demands of the cranes, measure or verify the parameters and performance specified in 6.3. 6.4.4 Static load test 6.4.4.1 During the test, the cranes shall be placed in a position and state where the main components bear the maximum lifting load, maximum bending moment and / or maximum axial force in accordance with the actual service condition. The test load shall be gradually applied and lifted to a height of 100 mm ~ 200 mm above the ground. The hanging time shall not be less than 10 minutes. Higher values shall be specified in the order contract. If a static load test is unable to put each main component of the cranes to bear the maximum bending moment and / or maximum axial force, the corresponding load shall be lifted at various unfavorable positions for the static load test. 6.4.4.2 If there is no requirement for a higher value in the order contract, the test load of all cranes shall be 1.25P; where, P is defined as: ......
