The resistance value of each insulation measured with a 1000V megohmmeter at normal temperature should be greater than or equal to 1MΩ. The gap should be connected with a support plate of hard insulating material, and the contact surface of the support plate and the trolley line should be at the same level. 3 The phases of the power supply on both sides of the segmental gap of the trolley line should be consistent. 4.0.7 The installation of trolley lines of 3kV and above shall meet the following provisions in addition to the provisions of Articles 4.0.1 to 4.0.6 of this code. 1 High-voltage insulators should be subjected to withstand voltage tests before installation, and should comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Electrical Equipment Handover Test Standards for Electrical Installation Engineering" GB 50150. 2 The components of the trolley line fixing device, such as cast copper long splints, short splints, support plates, backing plates, auxiliary connection plates and wiring boards, etc., shall be completed according to the design drawings before installation; When assembled in sections, they should be numbered according to the phase, and the joints should be tight and straight. 4.0.8 The installation of flexible cable slings and free-suspending trolley lines shall comply with the following regulations. 1 The mechanical strength of the terminal fixing device and tensioning device shall meet the design requirements, and its maximum pulling force shall be greater than that of the trolley line or sling. 2 When the length of the trolley line and the sling is less than or equal to 25m, the adjustment margin of the terminal tensioning device shall not be less than 0.1m; when the length of the trolley line and the sling is greater than 25m, the adjustment margin of the terminal tensioning device shall not Should be less than 0.2m. 3 The slack of the trolley line or sling when it is tensioned should be selected according to its material specification and the ambient temperature during installation, and the sag deviation between the trolley lines should not be greater than 20mm. 4 The insulation between the trolley line and the terminal device should be reliable. 4.0.9 The installation of suspension flexible cables shall comply with the following regulations. 1 When the section steel is used as the flexible cable slideway, the section steel should be installed straight, the slideway should be straight and smooth, and the mechanical strength should meet the service conditions. 2 The cable clamps of the suspension device should be reliably fixed with the flexible cables, and the distance between the cable clamps should not be greater than 5m. 3 After the flexible cable is installed, its suspension device should move flexibly along the slideway without jumping or jamming. The reversing of the flexible cable should be flexible without jamming; there should be no friction and no interference between the flexible cable and the fixing device; the distance between the lowest point of the flexible cable and the highest point on the ground should be greater than 100mm. 4 The length of the moving section of the flexible cable should be 15% to 20% longer than the moving distance of the crane, and a traction rope should be installed. The length of the traction rope should be shorter than the length of the moving section of the flexible cable and longer than the moving distance of the crane. 5 The two ends of the moving part of the flexible cable shall be firmly fixed to the crane, steel cable or section steel slideway respectively. 6 The test of the suspension flexible cable shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Electrical Equipment Handover Test Standard for Electrical Installation Engineering" GB 50150. 4.0.10 The installation of reel type flexible cable shall comply with the following regulations. 1 When the crane is moving, the flexible cable should not be squeezed. 2 After installation, the flexible cable and the reel should maintain proper tension, but the reel should not rotate freely. 3.The speed of unwinding and rewinding of the reel should be consistent with the moving speed of the crane; when adjusting the reel with the weight, the length of the cable should match the stroke of the weight. 4 When the crane puts the cable to the terminal, more than two turns of the cable should be kept on the drum. 5 The maximum cable capacity of the reel should not exceed the stipulations in the technical documentation of the product. 6 The cable core should not be under tension during the full stroke. 7 The slip ring and brush holder should be firmly fixed; the contact pressure of the brush should be appropriate and in good contact; the brush and the brush holder should be able to move up and down freely; the gap between the brush holder and the slip ring should be 2mm to 4mm. 4.0.11 The installation of safety trolley line should meet the following regulations. 1 The installation of the safety trolley line should be carried out according to the design regulations or according to the requirements of different structural forms. When the length of the trolley line is greater than.200m, a telescopic device should be installed. 2 The connection of the safety sliding contact line should be straight, the bracket clips should be installed firmly, and the distance between the bracket clips should be less than 3m. 3 The installation of the safety trolley line support should be welded on the backing plate under the track if there is no design requirement; when it is fixed in other places, it should be connected to the ground, and the ground resistance should be less than 4Ω. 4 The insulation sheath of the safety trolley line should be intact without cracks or damage. 5 The tension spring of the sliding connector should be intact and flexible, the wear-resistant graphite sheet should be in reliable contact with the trolley line, and arc jumping should not occur when sliding, and the connecting flexible cable should meet the requirements of current carrying capacity. 6 For the installation of the safety trolley line, the height difference between the two sides of the joint contact surface should be consistent; the center line of the trolley line should be parallel to the center line of the track of the mobile equipment, and the trolley lines of each phase. 7 The remaining length of the sliding contact line should be greater than.200mm. 4.0.12 The installation of sliding joints shall comply with the following regulations. 1 The fixing of the sliding connector bracket should be firm, the insulator and the insulating liner should not have cracks, damage and other defects, the insulation of the conductive part to the ground should be good, and the distance between phases and ground should comply with the relevant provisions of Article 4.0.3 of this code. 2 The sliding connector should be in reliable contact along the entire length of the sliding contact line, and should be able to slide freely and unimpeded, and the center line (wide surface) of the sliding contact should not exceed the edge of the sliding contact line at any position. 3 There should be no sharp edges on the contact part of the sliding connector and the sliding contact line; the pressure of the compression spring should meet the requirements of the product technical documents. 4 Between the groove type sliding connector and the adjustable sliding rod, it should move flexibly. 5 The wheel-type sliding connector of freely suspended trolley line shall be higher than the middle bracket of trolley line after installation, and shall not be less than 10mm. 5 Wiring 5.0.1 The wiring on the crane should meet the following requirements. 1 Except for the weak current system, the wiring on the crane should adopt copper core flexible cables with a rated voltage of not less than 500V.
