1 Scope

This document defines the terminology and definitions for liquid food and bulk transportation, stipulates management systems, personnel and training, and basic requirements for transport containers. The requirements include the cleaning, maintenance, and management of transport containers, bulk transport operations, etc., and describe the methods for verifying records. This document applies to the bulk transport of liquid food products. This document does not apply to the bulk transportation of edible vegetable oils and raw milk, nor to the bulk transportation of liquid foods within the premises of food production enterprises.
