1 Scope

This document specifies general safety requirements for children's cycling and activity equipment and describes the corresponding testing methods. This document applies to products designed or planned for use by children under 14 years of age for riding and activities, and capable of supporting the weight of a child. This includes, but is not limited to, products designed for children under 14 years of age for riding and activities. The products listed in Table A.1 of Appendix A.
