Accidents, in accordance with the "Work Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and other laws, formulated GB 40554 "Safety Regulations for Offshore Oil and Gas Exploitation".
GB 40554 aims to specify the safety requirements for offshore oil and gas extraction operations and is intended to consist of four parts.
-- Part 1.General Principles. The purpose is to specify the general safety production requirements applicable to offshore oil and gas production.
-- Part 2.Offshore. The purpose is to regulate offshore oil and gas exploration activities (with a chart depth of more than 5 m).
Safety production requirements during business activities.
-- Part 3.Onshore terminal part. The purpose is to stipulate the process of offshore oil and gas extraction operations at onshore terminals.
safety production requirements.
-- Part 4.Beach Sea Part. The purpose is to regulate the offshore oil and gas operations in beach sea (with a water depth of less than 5 m on the chart).
Safety production requirements during mining operations.
This document, as part 3 of GB 40554, proposes the production safety requirements for offshore oil and gas production and onshore terminal operations.
The requirements of the Bank of China have been clarified, and the safety technical indicators of onshore terminal equipment and facilities, operation management, and emergency management have been clarified to regulate the safety of offshore oil onshore terminals.
Manage behaviors, consolidate mature experience and technology, control operational risks, protect the lives and property of employees, prevent and reduce marine
