This Part replaces GB/T 3780.17-2008 "Part 17 carbon black. Indirect determination of particle size reflectance method", and
GB/T 3780.17-2008 compared to the main changes are as follows.
--- Removed the foreword "Part 11. Sieve residue determination";
--- Modify the normative references lead to meet the new standard format requirements;
--- Modify the normative references in the "wire braid screen test sieve" standard number and standard name, because of a new standard and the original standard
Number is wrong (see Chapter 2);
--- Modify the normative references GB/T 8170 standard name, because the new version of the standard name change (see Chapter 2);
--- Increasing the reference standard "carbon black Part 8. Determination of heat loss" (see Chapter 2);

1 Scope

3 principle
The reflectance of the carbon black plane is directly measured by a reflectometer, and the average particle diameter of the carbon black is calculated according to the relationship between the particle size and the reflectance. The reflectance
