n) Deleted the weight factor and minimum breaking force factor of 4×V35N, 23×K7, 6×Q19.6×V21FC wire rope category (see
Table 5 of the.2017 edition);
o) Added weight coefficients and minimum breaking force coefficients of 13 types of wire ropes, including 7×19, 7×36, 8×K19 (see Table 6);
p) The weight coefficients of 13 wire rope categories, including 6×7, 6×V8, 18×K7, and 4 wire rope categories, including 6×K7, 35 (W)×K7, etc., have been changed.

This document specifies the classification and marking, ordering content, materials, technical requirements,
Inspection and test methods, qualification criteria, acceptance and arbitration, packaging, marking and quality certificates.
This document is applicable to round, special-shaped and compacted wire ropes for coal, metal, non-metal and other mine hoisting and supporting equipment.
This document does not apply to steel wire ropes for coal, metal, non-metallic and other mine balance and sealed steel wire ropes for shaft tankways.
