Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 33147-2016 "Liquefied Dimethyl Ether Cylinders". Compared with GB/T 33147-2016, the main differences are structural adjustments and rewriting. Aside from the logical changes, the main technical changes are as follows. a) The modification number has been changed from Roman letters to Chinese capital characters (see 5.1,.2016 version 5.1); b) The cylinder model has been changed (see 5.2,.2016 version 5.2), adding the model parameter "permitted filling volume" and the indoor placement of the cylinder. Requirements (see 5.2); c) Detailed requirements for the chemical composition of the main material of the gas cylinder have been added (see 6.2); d) The requirement for the yield strength ratio of the main body material of the gas cylinder has been changed (see 6.3.2, 6.2.2 in the.2016 version); e) Added requirements for design document verification (see 7.1.1); f) The requirements for the assembly form of the head and shell have been changed (see 7.1.2, 7.1.1 in the.2016 version); g) A minimum nominal wall thickness requirement has been added (see 7.2.5); h) The requirement for consistency between the material of the protective cover and base and the cylindrical body material has been added (see 7.3.2); i) The requirements for the cylinder valve seat specifications have been changed (see 7.3.4, 7.3.4 in the.2016 version), and requirements for the cylinder valve seat dimensions have been added (see...). 7.3.4); j) The requirements for the execution standards of welding procedure qualification have been added (see 8.4.1.1); k) Requirements for heat treatment equipment, process qualification, and requalification have been added (see 8.5); l) Increased the sampling quantity requirements for X-ray inspection (see 9.1.3); m) Added requirements for the confirmation of the hydrostatic test results of steel cylinders by the steel cylinder supervision and inspection agency (see 9.2.2.3); (n) The requirement for the number of airtightness tests has been changed (see 9.2.3.2,.2016 version 9.2.3.2); o) The quantity requirements for the inspection batch size of gas cylinders have been changed (see 9.3.1.2,.2016 version of 9.3.1.2); p) The requirement for the ratio of the cylinder material mandrel diameter to the actual test sample thickness has been changed (see 9.3.3.5, 9.3.3.3.2 in the.2016 version); q) The requirements for hydraulic burst pressure and volumetric deformation rate have been changed (see 9.3.4,.2016 version 9.3.4); r) Added batch size, weight, and volume inspection requirements (see 9.3.5, 9.3.6); s) Added requirements for testing, verification, and recording of electronic identification tags (see 9.3.7 and 10.1.7); t) Added pressure cycling test requirements (see 9.4); u) Added type test items and sampling requirements (see 9.6), and changed the requirements for re-conducting type tests (see 9.6,.2016 edition). (9.6) v) Added the requirement that the character "液" (liquid) be embossed inside the upper end cap of the liquid chromatography bottle (see 10.1.2), and changed the position requirements for the end cap marking (see...). 10.1.2 (8.1.2 in the.2016 version); w) The requirement for the depth of the stamped lettering has been increased (see 10.1.3); x) Added requirements for unique bottle numbers and a cylinder traceability system (see 10.1.4, 10.1.5); y) Added requirements for the establishment and maintenance of the official website for the traceability information of steel cylinder products of manufacturing units (see 10.4.1); z) Added requirements for factory-issued electronic identification markings (see 10.4.2).
