Select the length of the hose 900mm made sample, plug one end with a plug, the other end of the flat-bottomed flask 1 through a glass tube stoppers
(Figure D.1). Under 200kPa pressure conditions, check the joints and plugs in water or without leakage phenomenon later. Dry the surface of the sample and
Other parts of the water, and then re-cork stopper and the sample on the flask 1, and you should be careful not to get off the sample.
Getter 2 is filled with a concentration of 20% salt water, water manometer 3 to inject gas saturated with distilled water. The heated water tank regulator
To (35.0 ± 0.2) ℃, at least after 2h, the extracted air with a vacuum pump within the sample, then supply gas with gas bottles 4 (concentration of 98%
Propane), so that the internal pressure of the sample holding mercury manometer 5 60kPa, the situation in the closed section of the door 6, by a gas-permeable, water column pressure
3 level gauge will change, opening the door section 7, so that the aspirator 2 salt water flows into the cylinder 8, by this method, so that the water column pressure
3 equal level gauge.
By volume of saline cylinder 8 measurement, equal to the amount of gas from the inside volume of the sample is transmitted. 22h after the start of the test section of the door 6
Is open, then close the door section 6, measured by volume, with a few milliliters per hour from the first through to the first 30h 24h within this gas 6h
(ML/h) is represented.
