---67 terms and definitions, including "sealant," have been revised (see Chapters 3-5, 7-10, and Chapter 2 of the.2008 edition).
Chapter 8);
---The following terms have been removed. "adhesive layer", "pressure-sensitive adhesive tape", "chemical treatment", "drying time", "hot pressing", "cold pressing", "high-frequency bonding", "room temperature curing", and "air".
The document includes 14 terms and definitions, such as "compression molding," "bonded components," "structural bonded components," "honeycomb core," "sandwich structure," and "plywood" (see [link]).

solids content
Non-volatile content
The mass fraction of non-volatile substances in the adhesive was measured under specified test conditions.
3.7
cohesion
The state in which particles within a single substance are bound together by primary and secondary valence forces.
3.8
substratesubstrate
Materials that are coated, laminated, or chemically processed to form adhesive layers or other structural layers on their surfaces, whether in gaseous, liquid, or solid form.
