1 Scope

This document stipulates the overall requirements for safety management of enterprises producing and selling civil explosives, comprehensive safety management, construction project safety management, management, production process management, equipment and facility management, workplace management, transportation (loading and unloading) and storage management, testing and destruction (explosion) management, And the requirements for emergency plans and accident handling for production safety accidents.
