Foreword
Section 4.2 of this standard are mandatory, the rest are recommended.
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces GB 19415-2003 "single-ended fluorescent lamps and energy-saving energy efficiency of limited value evaluation value", compared with GB 19415-2003, Lord
To technical changes are as follows.
--- Deleted the original reference standard GB/T 2828 and GB/T 2829, GB 16843 increased as a reference standard;
--- Refined single-ended fluorescent lamp category, and in turn gives the limit value of energy efficiency and energy conservation evaluation values;
--- 2000h Lumen maintenance increased from the original 80% to 82%;
--- Remove the test method chromaticity coordinates of the original Chapter 5;
--- Deleted the original Chapter 6 Inspection rules.
This standard by the National Development and Reform Commission Resource Conservation and Environmental Protection, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Energy Saving and Comprehensive Utilization Department proposed.
This standard by the National Standardization Technical Committee for Energy and Management (SAC/TC20) centralized.
