Aside from the modifications, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Added the terms "braking device", "operating device", "locking system", "automatic locking device", "leg rest", and "Type A child car safety".
"Full Seat", "Type B Child Car Seat", "Reversible Handlebar", "Carrier", "Quick Release Mechanism", "Removable Wheel Fork Assembly" (see...)
(3.10, 3.12~3.14, 3.22~3.28)
b) The terms "stroller," "restraint system," and "protected area" have been changed (see 3.1, 3.15, 3.30; 3.1 and 3.12 in the.2006 edition).
3.9);
c) The terms "seat belt" and "pad" have been removed (see 3.16 and 3.18 in the.2006 edition);
d) Added definitions, test requirements, and methods for integrated rear standing panels (see 3.29, 5.1.9, 8.8, 8.9, 8.10.2, 8.10.6, and...).
9.2.6);
e) Added relevant technical requirements, test methods, assembly instructions, and user manuals for the use of child car seat frames.
(See 4.6.3, 8.1.1, 8.3.5, 8.4, 8.8, 8.9, 8.10 and 9.2);
f) Increased levels of plasticizers, formaldehyde, decomposable harmful aromatic amine dyes, pH, migratable N-nitrosamines and N-nitrosamine precursors, and short-chain polyamines.
Limits for chlorinated paraffins (see 6.3–6.8);
g) A test method for the flammability of plush or similar fabrics has been added (see Chapter 7);
h) The technical requirements and determination methods for the applicable age of strollers have been revised (see 8.1.1, 4.6 and 5.21 of the.2006 version);
