This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document supersedes GB 11174-2011 "Liquefied Petroleum Gas" and GB 19159-2012 "Liquefied Petroleum Gas for Vehicles", and is consistent with GB 11174- Compared with GB 19159-2012, the main technical changes, apart from structural adjustments and editorial modifications, are as follows. a) The scope has been changed to "liquefied petroleum gas produced in refineries and oil and gas fields for use as industrial fuel, domestic fuel and vehicle fuel". "Qi" (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of GB 11174-2011, and Chapter 1 of GB 19159-2012); b) Added terms and definitions (see Chapter 3); c) The product category has been changed (see 4.1, 3.1 of GB 11174-2011, and 3.1 of GB 19159-2012); d) The odor requirements for liquefied petroleum gas have been changed (see 5.1, 4.1 of GB 11174-2011); e) The arbitration method for the density item of industrial and civil liquefied petroleum gas has been removed (see Table 1 of GB 11174-2011); f) Added the C4 olefin volume fraction item for industrial and residential liquefied petroleum gas, requiring reporting; added the industrial and residential liquefied petroleum gas... 1 Scope

This document specifies the classification and marking, requirements and test methods, inspection rules, marking, storage, transportation and sample retention of liquefied petroleum gas products. This document applies to liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) produced by refineries and oil and gas fields for use as industrial fuel, domestic fuel, and vehicle fuel.
