Foreword
GB/T 10054 "Cargo Construction Lift" is divided into two parts.
---Part 1.Lifts where the carrier can enter people;
---Part 2.Inclined lifts where the carrier cannot enter people.
This part is Part 1 of GB/T 10054.
This section was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This part replaces GB/T 10054.1-2014 ``Cargo Construction Lift Part 1.Lifts with Carriers for People'', and
Compared with GB/T 10054.1-2014, in addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Deleted several situations where the elevator may not be equipped with an overload detection device (see 5.6.3.5 of the.2014 edition);
---Modified the requirements for the rated load in the dynamic load test and static load test of each machine before the first use (see 6.3,.2014
Version 6.3);
---Modified the requirements for users of different types of lifts (see Appendix B, Appendix B of the.2014 edition).
This part was proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation.
This part is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Lifting Work Platforms (SAC/TC335).

Safety requirements;
---This is the first revision.
Cargo construction hoist
Part 1.Lifts where the carrier can enter people
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 10054 specifies the manufacturing, installation, and use of cargo construction elevators (hereinafter referred to as elevators) that can be used to enter people.
Safety and technical requirements for use and maintenance.
This part is applicable to power-driven, temporarily installed, used by construction site personnel, with a carrier, and can be installed at each floor
A construction hoist that stops service and has the following characteristics.
---Only used to transport goods;
---The carrier has a guide;
--- The carrier runs vertically or along a guide rail with an angle of no more than 15° from the vertical plane;
--- The carrying device is driven by a steel wire rope drum, or by a chain, a rack and pinion, a hydraulic cylinder (direct or indirect) or a telescopic connecting rod machine
Structure suspension or support;
---When the guide rail is erected, it may or may not need the support of an independent structure;
---When loading and unloading, allow trained personnel to enter the carrier;
---Operated by designated personnel;
--- During installation, disassembly, maintenance and inspection, if necessary, allow authorized professionals to enter and operate the carrier.
This part involves the installation of lifts, including the installation of underframes and ground protection fences, but does not include concrete, gravel, and wood for lifts.
Design based on materials and other materials. Including the design of the wall bracket, but not the design of the anchor bolts connected to the supporting structure. Including landing doors and
The design of the structure, but does not include the design of any anchor bolts connected to the supporting structure.
Chapter 4 of this part lists the various hazards that may occur during each stage of the service life of the machine identified in this part, and indicates
The method to eliminate or reduce these hazards when used in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations.
This section does not include supplementary requirements for the following situations.
---Harsh working environment (such as extreme weather, strong magnetic places);
---Lightning protection;
---Special rules to comply with under special circumstances (such as a potentially explosive environment);
---Electromagnetic compatibility (emission, immunity);
--- Handling of hazardous loads (such as molten metal, acid/alkaline items, radiation materials, fragile items);
---The use of internal combustion engines;
---The use of remote control devices;
---Dangers that occur during processing and manufacturing;
---Dangers caused by the transition and movement;
---Dangers that occur when erected on public roads;
---earthquake;
---noise.
This section does not apply to.
---GB/T 26557 dual-purpose construction hoist;
