1 Scope
This section GB/T 10051 specifies the content of forging checks hook use, requirements and inspection cycle.
This section applies to GB/T 10051.1 specified in crane forging hook (hereinafter referred to as the hook).

3 Check the contents and requirements
3.1 Check before use
3.1.1 hook flag should be consistent with the manufacturer's certificate of compliance.
3.1.2 Shank hooks (hereinafter referred to as single-hook) and the straight double hook shank (hereinafter referred to as double hook) signs shall conform to GB/T 10051.2-
2010 specified in 6.1 and 6.2.
3.1.3 Number hook hook 006 to 5, should review the opening of the a2, the remaining number of hooks hooks shall review the measure length y or y1 and y2 (Fig. 1,
Figure 2), and its value should be consistent with a single hook GB/T 10051.4 Table 1 and Table 2, or GB/T 10051.5 specified in Table 1, shall comply with double hook

3.2 Check
3.2.1 Surface Crack
Check the hook surface should not have cracks, if any cracks, it should be scrapped.
3.2.2 Deformation
3.2.2.1 hook hook No. 006 to 5, you should check the opening size of a2, the remaining number of hooks hooks should be checked measuring length y or y1 and y2 (eg
Figures 1, 2), and its value exceeds 10% before using the basic dimensions of the hook should be scrapped.
3.2.2.2 Check torsional deformation of the hook, the hook body when the twist angle α (Figure 1, Figure 2) exceeds 10 °, the hook should be scrapped.
