3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GA/T 122 apply to this document.
4 Principles
Prompt the acetone, ether, methyl ethyl ketone, chloroform, and toluene in the suspected precursor chemicals (see Appendix A for compound information).
Pick. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used for detection, and retention time, mass spectrum characteristic ions and ion abundance ratio were used as the basis for qualitative judgment.
5 Reagents and materials
5.1 Reagents
Unless otherwise stated, the reagents used in the analysis are of chromatographic grade and include.
a) Anhydrous sodium sulfate. analytical grade;
b) methanol;
c) Standard solution.
1) Standard material stock solutions. standard material stock solutions of acetone, diethyl ether, methyl ethyl ketone, chloroform, and toluene;
2) Standard working solution. Pipette an appropriate amount of standard material stock solution, dilute it with methanol, and prepare 0.1 mg/mL acetone and acetone respectively.
Standard working solution of diethyl ether, methyl ethyl ketone, chloroform and toluene, refrigerated at 0℃~4℃, valid for 1 month; also
Qualitative standard working solutions of other concentrations used in experiments can be prepared according to actual conditions.
5.2 Materials
