3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GA/T 122 apply to this document.
4 Principles
Investigate phenylacetonitrile, 3-oxo-2-phenylbutanamide, and methyl 3-oxo-2-phenylbutyrate in suspected precursor chemicals (see Appendix A for basic information).
Row extraction. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry is used for detection, and retention time, mass spectrum characteristic ions and characteristic ion abundance ratio are used as the basis for qualitative judgment;
Gas chromatography is used for detection, using the chromatographic peak area as the quantitative basis, using the external standard single point method, external standard standard curve method, internal standard single point method, and internal standard
Quantitative analysis was performed using the standard curve method.
