Attribute object identification coding rules
1 Scope
This part of GA/T 2000 stipulates the coding rules for the semantic attribute object identification of video image information.
This section applies to the construction of public security information and information processing and management.

3 Coding rules
The code uses a hierarchical code, which is composed of 48 Arabic numerals, the 1st to 20th bits from the left are the first layer, and the 21st and 22nd bits are the second layer.
The 23rd to 36th positions are the third floor, the 37th to 41th positions are the fourth floor, the 42nd and 43rd positions are the fifth floor, and the 44th to 48th positions are the sixth floor.
