1 Scope
This standard specifies the vehicle and driver's license electronic image file collection, storage, query and image management system software requirements.
This standard applies to the construction and use of motor vehicle driver's license and an electronic image file management system.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

a) Paper in poor condition and too thin, too soft or thick files should be used to scan or take a single tablet, etc., paper, good condition
