This document is the first part of GA/T 1028 "General Technical Specifications for Motor Vehicle Driver Test System". GA/T 1028 has been issued
into the following four parts.

--- Part 3.Site driving skills test system;
--- Part 4.Road driving skills test system.
This document replaces GA/T 1028.1-2017 "General Technical Conditions for Motor Vehicle Driver Test System Part 1.General Rules", and
Compared with GA/T 1028.1-2017, except for structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Changed the "scope" (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2017 edition);
b) Deleted the terms and definitions of "motor vehicle driver test system" (see 3.1 of the.2017 edition);
c) Changed the terms and definitions of "Site Driving Skills Test System" and "Road Driving Skills Test System" (see 3.1.2, 3.1.3,
3.3, 3.4 of the.2017 edition);
d) The terms and definitions of "acquisition and evaluation software", "parameter management software" and "exam assistance management software" have been added (see 3.2, 3.3,
3.4);
e) Added requirements for the software architecture of the examination system (see 4.4);
f) Changed the general provisions (see 5.1, 5.1, 5.2.1, 5.2.2 of the.2017 edition);
g) Changed the identity authentication requirements (see 5.2, 5.2.3 of the.2017 edition);

Introduction
In order to implement the requirements of the "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses" concerning the motor vehicle driver's test, improve the motor vehicle driver's test evaluation
GA/T 1028 aims to standardize the design and development of the motor vehicle driver test system.
Development and application, according to different test subjects, is divided into 4 parts.
--- Part 1.General. The purpose is to specify the general requirements of the motor vehicle driver test system.
--- Part 2.Driving theory test system. The purpose is to specify the specific requirements of the driving theory test system for motor vehicle drivers.
--- Part 3.Site driving skills test system. The purpose is to stipulate the specific requirements of the field driving skill test system for motor vehicle drivers.
