Foreword
All the technical contents of this standard is mandatory.
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
Since the implementation of this standard replaces GA 319-2001 "caps Bumao female."
This standard compared with GA 319-2001, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Canceled the hair plug (see Figure 1);
--- Size high hole cap badge changed from 6.0cm to 5.5cm (see Table 1);
--- Cap wall ribbon Size changed from 4.0cm to 3.5cm (see Table 2);
--- Revised fabrics and related accessories (see Table 2; 2001 edition Table 2);
--- Increasing the material standard number (see Table 2);
--- Modified part of the process (see Table 5);
--- Increasing the product content of the flag (see 4.7);
--- Increasing the physical and chemical property requirements and test methods (see 4.9,5.7);
