The technical content of this standard is mandatory.
This standard from the date of implementation in place of GA 270-2001 "police clothing cap badge".
This standard compared with GA 270-2001, the main changes are as follows.
--- "Hatting" in the hat emblem changed to "POLICE" (version 4.3 of this edition)
--- Added reference standard GB 15093-2008 (3.2 of this version);

3.1 structure
