Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces FZ/T 93046-2009 "cotton combing machine". The main technical changes compared to FZ/T 93046-2009 are as follows.
--- Added reference document FZ/T 93096 "cotton combing machine" and GB/T 17780.2 "Textile machinery safety requirements 2nd
Part. Spinning preparation and spinning machinery";
--- Redefined the category of cotton combing machine and adjusted the basic parameters (see 3.1 and Table 1);
---Specified the requirements and test methods for cotton combing machine nippers (see 4.1.5, 5.1.1);
--- Improve the noise and power consumption test speed (see Table 2, Table 3);
--- Improve the coefficient of variation of strip uniformity of fine strips (see 4.7.2);
--- Increased the unevenness of the weight of the combed strip (see 4.7.4);
--- Increase safety protection requirements (see 4.8);
--- Remove Appendix A (see 4.8 of the.2009 edition).
