--- Added the classification according to the adjustment method of draft ratio (see 4.1, 3.1 of the.2012 edition);
--- Added the specification parameters of the can (see Table 1, Table 1 of the.2012 edition);
--- Increased the accuracy requirements for the detection roller of the autoleveling device (see 5.2.2);
--- Increase the speed classification and adjust the bearing temperature rise requirements (see Table 2, Table 2 of the.2012 edition);
--- Revised the drafting system requirements (see 5.4.1, 4.4.1 of the.2012 edition);
--- Increased the accuracy requirements for the inspection roller of the coiling system (see 5.5.2);
