This Standard is applicable to the quality appraisal of face masks made mainly from knitted fabrics. This Standard is inapplicable to face masks for medical use and labor protection. Calculate in accordance with the conventional moisture regains. Conventional moisture regains shall comply with the stipulations in GB 9994. 5.1.2.6 Color fastness to soaping test The test shall be conducted in accordance with the stipulations of Method A (1) in GB/T 3921-2008. 5.1.2.7 Color fastness to water test The test shall be conducted in accordance with the stipulations in GB/T 5713. 5.1.2.8 Color fastness to saliva test The test shall be conducted in accordance with the stipulations in GB/T 18886; merely test the skin-facing surface. 5.1.2.9 Color fastness to rubbing test The test shall be conducted in accordance with the stipulations in GB/T 3920; merely test the straight direction. 5.1.2.10 Color fastness to perspiration test The test shall be conducted in accordance with the stipulations in GB/T 3922. 5.1.2.11 Air permeability test The test shall be conducted in accordance with the stipulations in GB/T 5453. Pressure drop on both sides of the sample is 100 Pa; the area of test is 20 cm2; test surface is skin-facing surface; test zone is the central zone of face mask. Test 3 face masks; test each face mask once. Take the arithmetic mean value of the test results of the 3 face masks as the final test result. 5.2 Inspection of Appearance Quality 5.2.1 Lamp inspection is generally adopted. Use a 40 W white-light fluorescent lamp; with a lamp cover on it. The vertical distance between the lamp cover and the center of the inspection table is 80 cm ± 5 cm. 5.2.2 If natural light is used indoors, the incident direction of the light source is north to the left (or the right) upper corner. DO NOT place the product under direct sunlight. 5.2.3 During the inspection, spread the product on the inspection table. Cover the surface of the table with a white cloth. The inspection personnel’s sight shall be squarely facing the surface of the product, and the distance between the eyes and the product shall be above 35 cm. 5.2.4 Measurement parts and regulations 5.2.4.1 Measurement parts Measurement parts are shown in Figure 1. ......
