Post-washing appearance
There is no obvious discoloration as a whole. The fabric is
not damaged. The suture is not disengaged. The printed
(hot-stamped) parts are not allowed for cracking, blistering,
peeling off, falling off. The embroidered parts are not allowed
to be severely wrinkled and deformed. The accessories are
not allowed to be damaged, peeled off, rusted. It is not
allowed for defects which seriously affect the appearance
Note: The color grading refers to the standard GSB 16-2159. If it is > 1/12 standard depth, it is deep color. If it is ≤ 1/12 standard depth,
it is light color.
5.3.2 Children garments shall also comply with the relevant provisions of GB
31701.
5.3.3 Natural color and bleached products are not subject to the assessment of
the color fastness to soap-washing, color fastness to rubbing, color fastness to
perspiration, color fastness to water.
5.3.4 The color fastness to light of qualified products of fluorescent color
garments may be reduced by half grade.
5.3.5 For the composite color fastness to light and sweat, it only assesses the
single-layer garment which is directly in contact with skin.
5.3.6 For the color fastness to transfer at joint, it only assesses the product
which splices deep color and light color together.
5.3.7 The elastic fabrics (referring to fabrics containing elastic fibers or rib
6.2 Intrinsic quality inspection
6.2.1 Preparation and test conditions
6.2.1.1 The sample taken shall have no defects which may affect the test.
6.2.1.2 Before the test of dimensional change rate after water-washing and the
twisting rate after the water-washing, the specimen shall be pre-conditioned
according to the standard atmosphere as specified in GB/T 6529. The test is
carried out 4 h after the wet-conditioning.
6.2.2 Test method
6.2.2.1 Fiber content
It is performed according to the provisions of GB/T 2910, FZ/T 01057, FZ/T
01026, FZ/T 01095, FZ/T 01101.
6.2.2.2 Formaldehyde content
It is performed according to the provisions of GB/T 2912.1.
6.2.2.3 pH value
It is performed according to the provisions of GB/T 7573.
6.2.2.4 Odor
It is performed according to the provisions of GB 18401.
6.2.2.5 Decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dye
It is performed according to the provisions of GB/T 17592.
6.2.2.6 Color fastness to soap-washing
It is performed according to the provisions of test method A (1) in GB/T 3921-
2008.
6.2.2.7 Color fastness to perspiration
It is performed according to the provisions of GB/T 3922.
6.2.2.8 Color fastness to rubbing
It is performed according to the provisions of GB/T 3920, only on the
longitudinal direction.
6.2.2.9 Color fastness to water
average value of the left skirt length and right skirt length as the basis of
calculation. Along the lateral direction of skirt, use the skirt width of the front
side as the basis of calculation. When making measurement, mark it, to
facilitate measurement after washing.
6.2.2.16.2 Washing procedure
It is performed according to the provisions of the 4N program of type A washing
machine in GB/T 8629-2017. For the products “only hand washable” is
performed according to the 4H program of type A washing machine in GB/T
8629-2017. The number of test pieces is three (pieces) and the number of
washings is one.
6.2.2.16.3 Drying method
Hang to dry it naturally. Use a bar to pass through the both sleeves of the tops,
to make bust shoulders keep flat and straight. Use hands to separate the front
side and back side from bottom end and make it flat. Fold the trousers in half
and then hang to dry it naturally, to allow the thigh to locate on the bar. Make it
flat gently. Place the dried specimen on a platform which has a temperature of
(20 ± 2) ° C and a relative humidity of (65 ± 4)%. After standing for 4 hours,
gently pat flatly the crease. Make measurement
6.2.2.16.4 Calculation of results
Use the formula (1) to respectively calculate the dimensional change rate after
washing along the longitudinal direction and lateral direction. Use a negative
sign (-) to indicate the dimensional shrinkage and a positive sign (+) to indicate
the dimensional elongation (upswing). Use the arithmetic mean of the three
specimens as the testing result. If there is a test result of shrinkage and upswing
at the same time, use the arithmetic mean of the two shrinking (or uprising)
specimens as the test result. The final result is rounded off according to GB/T
8170, retaining one decimal.
Where:
A - The dimensional change rate after washing along the longitudinal or
lateral direction;
L1 - The average of the dimensions after washing along the longitudinal or
lateral direction, in centimeters (cm);
L0 - The average of the dimensions before washing along the longitudinal or
lateral direction, in centimeters (cm).
batch judgement, for the intrinsic quality and appearance quality, according to
the requirements of 7.1 and 7.2, it only judges the tested sample, indicates in
the inspection report.
7.4 Other judgments
It is not allowed for garments to have defects which have serious impact onto
use.
7.5 Re-inspection
7.5.1 Any party that has objections to the results of the inspection may request
a re-inspection.
7.5.2 The results of the re-inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the
provisions of 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4. The judgement is based on the re-inspection
result.
8 Product instructions, packaging, transportation,
storage
8.1 Instructions for use of the product shall be carried out in accordance with
the provisions of GB/T 5296.4. Children products are implemented in
accordance with the provisions of GB/T 5296.4 and GB 31701.
8.2 The packaging of the product shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T
4856 or the agreement.
8.3 The transportation of the product shall avoid moisture, fire, contamination.
8.4 The product shall be stored in a cool, ventilated, dry and clean warehouse.
Pay attention to preventing moth and mildew.
