15 pairs.
7.1.2 Intrinsic quality according to the delivery batch, by type, color, specification (horizontal extension value, dyeing fastness, formaldehyde content, pH value, decomposable aroma
Amine dyes, odors, fiber content, etc.) are randomly sampled at no less than 5 pairs.
7.2 Appearance quality inspection conditions
7.2.1 Lighting inspection is generally used. Use a 40W glaucoma or white fluorescent lamp with a lampshade, lampshade and inspection countertop center
Vertical distance 50cm ± 5cm or under D65 light source.
7.2.2 If indoor natural light is used, the light should be appropriate, and the light should enter the north to the left (or right) upper angle, so that the sunlight should not be directed at the product.
7.2.3 During the inspection, the product shall be spread evenly on the inspection platform. The inspector shall face the surface of the product. If the suspected defect involves the intrinsic quality,
Fine inspection or reverse inspection, but the rating is considered to be straight.
7.2.4 When measuring the size of the specification, it should be measured without external tension.
7.3 Test preparation and test conditions
7.3.1 Intrinsic quality specimens shall not have defects that affect the accuracy of the test.
