1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification and code, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of woven filter cloths.
This standard applies to woven filter cloths made of various fibers.
5.Test method
5.1 The thickness shall be measured according to GB/T 3820.
5.2 Mass per unit area shall be determined according to GB/T 4669.
5.3 Density shall be measured according to GB/T 4668.
5.4 The width shall be determined according to GB/T 4666.
5.5 The breaking strength and elongation at break shall be determined according to GB/T 3923.1.
5.6 Wear resistance shall be measured according to GB/T 21196.2.
5.7 Air permeability shall be measured according to GB/T 5453.
5.8 Water permeability shall be measured according to GB/T 24119.
5.9 Bubble point pore size shall be determined according to GB/T 24219.
5.10 Electrostatic properties shall be measured according to GB/T 12703.
5.11 Appearance defect inspection. The appearance defect inspection shall be based on the serious side, and the inspection shall be carried out on a horizontal inspection platform or inspection machine.
