This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard is a revision of FZ/T 61004-2006 "Raschel Blanket", compared with FZ/T 61004-2006, the main technical changes
as follows.
---Modified the standard name;
--- Modified normative references;
--- Graded into superior products, first-class products, qualified products;
--- The main amendments to the internal quality rating include.
a) The fiber content is changed to the GB/T 29862 standard;
b) Adjusted the index of deviation rate;
c) increase the first grade hair removal amount assessment index;
d) Wash fastness to washing fastness, and adjust the assessment indicators;
e) Adjusted assessment indicators for fastness to color and fastness to rubbing against dry cleaning;
f) increase the water fastness, perspiration fastness assessment indicators;
g) Note 1, Note 2, Note 3, Note 4 are added in Table 1.
--- The main revisions of the appearance quality are.
a) adjust the length deviation rate and width deviation rate for qualified product category indicators;
b) increase the appearance of defects such as gluing irregularities assessment indicators;
--- Adjust the rating rules from 3.3 to 3.2;
--- Modify the fiber content, color fastness to light, wash fastness and breaking strength test methods.
