1 Scope
This standard specifies the PAN-based carbon fiber precursor residual solvent testing methods --- Gas Chromatography (Method A), colorimetric method (Method
B) and mercury salts titration (Method C).
Method A and Method B is applicable to dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), dimethylacetamide (DMAC) as a solvent of PAN-based carbon fiber
