5.1 Number of samples 5.1.1 Appearance quality According to the delivery batch, the sample, color, specification (specification size and tolerance, surface defect) are randomly sampled 2%~3%, but not Less than 15 pairs (including intrinsic quality inspection samples). 5.1.2 Intrinsic quality according to delivery batch, by type, color, specification; (straight) lateral extension value, fiber content, color fastness, formaldehyde content, pH The value, the decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dye, the odor, etc. are randomly sampled at least 5 pairs. 5.2 Appearance quality inspection conditions 5.2.1 Lighting inspection is generally used. Use a 40W glaucoma or white fluorescent lamp with a lampshade on it and a lampshade on the center of the test bench. Vertical distance 50cm ± 5cm or under D65 light source. 5.2.2 If indoor natural light is used, the light should be appropriate, and the light is incident in the north to the left (or right) upper corner. It is not allowed to direct sunlight. 5.2.3 During the inspection, the product shall be spread evenly on the inspection platform. The inspector shall face the surface of the product. If the suspected defect involves the intrinsic quality, Fine inspection or reverse inspection, but the rating is considered to be straight. 5.2.4 When measuring the size of the specification, it should be measured without external tension. 5.3 Test preparation and test conditions 5.3.1 The test sample shall not have any defects that affect the accuracy of the test. 5.3.2 Experimental room temperature humidity requirements, before the test, it should be unfolded at room temperature for 20h, then the laboratory temperature is 20 °C ± 2 °C, relative The test was carried out after standing for 4 hours under the conditions of a humidity of 65% ± 3%. 5.4 Test items 5.4.1 Specification size test 5.4.1.1 Test tool. The measuring ruler shall have a length greater than the test length and accurate to 0.1 cm. 5.4.1.2 Test operation. When measuring the length of the sole, place the socks flat on a smooth surface, and measure the points of the socks and the ends of the sock with a measuring ruler. measuring. 5.4.2 Straight and lateral extension test 5.4.2.1 Test equipment Test equipment includes. a) Electric cross puller. the extended standard pull force is 33N±0.65N; the moving speed of the moving lever is 40mm/s±2mm/s; b) Multi-functional stretching instrument. adjustable within the range of 0.1N~100N, length measurement range (25cm±1cm)~(300cm± 1cm), the moving speed of the moving lever is 40mm/s±2mm/s. The extended standard pull force is 33N ± 0.65N. 5.4.2.2 Test site Test sites include. a) Horizontal extension of the sock. middle of the sock. b) Horizontal extension of the sock. The bottoming socks are measured at 1 cm below the heel of the sock and the heel. Single stockings in the middle of the tube measuring. c) Straight extension of the sole. 1.0cm from the tip of the sock to the vertical line of the sock and the sole. 5.4.2.3 Test operation 5.4.2.3.1 Test ramie socks with extended standard pull. 5.4.2.3.2 Long straight tensile test of ramie socks. The two chucks of the tensile tester are respectively clamped at 1.0cm below the sock and over the socks. At the vertical line of the sole, the tensile value was measured. 5.4.2.3.3 If the specimen slips on the hook during the test, the test shall be repeated. 5.4.2.3.4 Calculation method (results retain integer). Calculate the pass rate according to equation (1). A=nN ×100% (1) In the formula. A---Qualification rate, %; n --- test the total number of qualified places; N---test the total number of places. 5.4.3 Formaldehyde test Execute according to GB/T 2912.1. 5.4.4 pH test Execute according to GB/T 7573. 5.4.5 Odor test Execute according to GB 18401. 5.4.6 Decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dye test Execute according to GB/T 17592, the limit value is ≤20mg/kg. 5.4.7 Color fastness test 5.4.7.1 The color fastness test for water resistance shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 5713. 5.4.7.2 The color fastness test for perspiration is carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 3922, and the bottom position of the socks is cut. 5.4.7.3 The color fastness test for rubbing resistance shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 3920, and the bottom position of the socks shall be cut and only straight. 5.4.7.4 The soap fastness test is carried out according to the method specified in GB/T 3921. 5.4.8 Color fastness rating According to GB/T 250 and GB/T 251. 5.4.9 Fiber content test 5.4.9.1 Execute according to GB/T 2910, FZ/T 01057, FZ/T 01095, FZ/T 30003. 5.4.9.2 Test site. Usually the foot surface is cut. It is difficult to sample the complex structure of the foot surface or the asymmetry of the jacquard pattern. Products, according to the actual situation after consultation to determine the specific sampling plan, but should be noted.

6 decision rules

6.1 Processing method of test results 6.1.1 Appearance quality In the case of double, if the rate of non-compliance is more than 5.0% or the hole is broken or the needle is more than 3.0%, it is judged to be unqualified. 6.1.2 Intrinsic quality 6.1.2.1 Straight and horizontal extension values are qualified for testing 5 pairs of socks with a pass rate of 80% or more, which can be tested at room temperature. In case of dispute The standard atmospheric test data specified in GB/T 6529 shall prevail. 6.1.2.2 Intrinsic quality Other requirements are in compliance with Table 4 requirements. 6.1.2.3 Intrinsic quality According to the requirements of 6.1.2.1 and 6.1.2.2, all the indicators are qualified, and the quality of the batch is qualified. One of them If the item and the above indicators are unqualified, it is determined that the batch of products is unqualified. 6.2 Re-inspection 6.2.1 At the time of inspection, either party has objection to the results of the inspection and may request re-inspection for the objectionable project within the prescribed time limit. 6.2.2 The number of retests is the quantity at the initial inspection. 6.2.3 The results of the re-inspection shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of 6.1, subject to the re-inspection results. 7 Product instructions, packaging, transportation, storage 7.1 Product Instructions 7.1.1 Instructions for use of the product shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB 5296.4. 7.1.2 The fiber content is usually marked with the content of the foot surface of the product; for the product of the foot surface due to the complicated weave structure or the jacquard pattern, The sampling plan can be determined according to the actual situation and indicated on the fiber content label. 7.1.3 The reinforcing fibers of the toe cap and the heel shall be marked with the reinforcement part and the name of the reinforcing fiber, and the specific content may not be marked. 7.1.4 Specifications The socks are numbered in centimeters (cm). 7.2 Packaging Execute according to the provisions of GB/T 4856 or the agreement. 7.3 Product packing and transportation Product packaging and transportation should be fireproof, moisture proof and pollution resistant. 7.4 Product Storage The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated, dry and clean warehouse, and it should be mildewproof and anti-mite. 7.5 Product Safety Requirements Product safety requirements should be marked with the “Safety Technical Requirements category”.
