1 Scope

This standard specifies the test method for the amount of hot-melt adhesive coating. This standard is applicable to the lining of woven fabrics, knitted fabrics and non-woven fabrics of various materials. This standard does not apply to laminates where the base fabric is not solvent resistant and results in a significant impact on the test results.
