Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces FZ/T 01081-2009 "Hot-melt adhesive lining hot melt adhesive coating amount and coating uniformity test method", and
Compared with FZ/T 01081-2009, the main technical contents are changed as follows.
--- The standard name is adjusted to "Test method for coating thickness of adhesive lining hot melt adhesive";
--- Increased the type of hot melt adhesive and dissolved reagents;
--- Adjusted the sample constant weight mode, supplemented the recommended drying temperature;
--- Adjusted the result calculation method.
This standard was proposed by the China National Textile and Apparel Council.
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Textile Standardization Technical Committee Cotton Textile Subcommittee (SAC/TC209/SC10).

Test method for coating amount of adhesive lining hot melt adhesive
1 Scope
This standard specifies the test method for the amount of hot-melt adhesive coating.
This standard is applicable to the lining of woven fabrics, knitted fabrics and non-woven fabrics of various materials.
This standard does not apply to laminates where the base fabric is not solvent resistant and results in a significant impact on the test results.

5 reagent preparation
5.1 Copolyamide (COPA) hot melt adhesive using solvent. methanol or methanol. chloroform is 1.1 (analytical grade).
Note. In the actual test process, if it is found that the solvent is insoluble or the data is abnormal after the solvent treatment, it is recommended to use methanol. chloroform 1.1 solvent.
5.2 Polyethylene (PE) hot melt adhesive uses solvent. dichlorobenzene or tetrachloroethylene (analytical grade).
5.3 Copolyester (COPES) hot melt adhesive uses solvent. tetrahydrofuran or trichloroethylene (analytical grade).
Note. In the actual test process, if it is found that the solvent is insoluble or the data is abnormal after the solvent treatment, it is recommended to use tetrahydrofuran solvent.
5.4 Ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) hot melt adhesive using solvent. trichloroethylene (analytical grade).
5.5 Polyurethane (TPU) hot melt adhesive uses solvent. chloroform (analytical grade).
5.6 The two hot melt adhesives are dissolved in two soluble solvents.
5.7 The new hot melt adhesive can be selected with the appropriate solvent.
