Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
Instead of the standard FZ/T 01035-1993 "textile materials indicated linear density common system (Tex system)." And FZ/T 01035-
Compared to 1993, the main changes are as follows.
--- Standard name was changed to "textile labeling linear density common system (Tex system)";
--- Original standard "reference standard" to "references" to delete the GB 4734, GB 3100, GB 3101, GB 3102.3
And GB 8693;
--- Original standard "metric units" to "metric" "metric count" and "nominal count" to "metric count";
--- Modify the contents of the Turks meter line density indicated (see 33, 1993 version 4.3.);
--- Delete Chapter 5 units Note ② on the number of yarn numbers written request and refined Note ① in-line density on Turks
Application Notes (see the 1993 version of Chapter 5);
--- Deleted Information Appendix C "with Tex system-related physical quantities and unit names and symbols."
This standard uses the redrafted law revision using ISO 1144. 1973 "Textiles marking line density universal system (Tex system)" (English
Chinese Version). This standard and ISO 1144. 1973 The main differences are as follows.
--- Remove the International Standard reference standard, the new FZ/T 01036 by reference;
--- Increased in Chapter 2, the terms and definitions;
--- Remove the International Standard Note 3.3;
--- Remove the relationship between the international standards in terms of the appendix Irish wool, wool and some other products of Aberdeen Y1;
--- Remove the International Standard Appendix Y2 choose About Turks rounded value, modify the press FZ/T 01036 execution.
The standard proposed by China Textile Industry Association.
The standard basis by the National Textile Standards Technical Committee of Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC209/SC1) centralized.
This standard was drafted. National Textile Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Center.
The main drafters of this standard. Zheng Yuanyuan.
This standard replaces the standards previously issued as follows.
--- FZ/T 01035-1993.
Textile marking line density universal system (Tex system)
1 Scope
This standard specifies the principles and represent linear density units Turks (Tex) system.
Appendices A and B were given calculated by other units of the count or fineness tex (tex) value conversion relation, and in
On trade, the Turks made the implementation of the steps the industry.
This standard applies to all types of textile fibers, semi-finished products (such as slivers, rovings), yarns and textile materials similar structure.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1
Direct system directsystem
Mass per unit length of the yarn to the linear density represents a system that is yarn fineness, also called yarn number or fixed-length number system system. Such as. Turk
Adams, denier.
[GB/T 3291.1-1997, the definition 2.29]
2.2
Indirect system indirectsystem
The length of yarn per unit mass of a system of representation yarn fineness, also known as the yarn count system or fixed weight system. Such as. public support, the British branch.
[GB/T 3291.1-1997, the definition 2.33]
2.3
Turks tex
It represents a unit of linear density, mass number of grams per kilometer of fiber or yarn has.
[GB/T 3291.1-1997, the definition 2.31]
2.4
Denier denier
Represents a unit of linear density, mass number of grams per 9000m of yarn or fiber has.
[GB/T 3291.1-1997, the definition 2.32]
2.5
Metric count metriccount
Length indicates a yarn fineness units per gram of quality fibers, filaments or yarns having in meters.
[GB/T 3291.1-1997, the definition 2.35]
2.6
English cotton count cottoncount
British number one kind of indirect yarn numbering system, multiple 840yd length per pound cotton yarn has.
[GB/T 3291.1-1997, the definition 2.36]
3 Turks made features
3.1 Turks (Tex) system is a direct system. It represents a linear density, namely the quality of a certain length of textile material.
